Mi Nyberg Johnsson is currently serving as Vice President Talent, Learning & Leadership at Volvo Group since October 2024, overseeing talent management within a global truck technology and product development organization with nearly 10,000 employees. Prior to this role, Mi held the position of Vice President Talent Management at Husqvarna Group from May 2018 to October 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member at Bravura Sverige, Director Training and Development at DeLaval, and various roles in recruitment and HR management at Advalue Search, Mercuri Urval, and Househunters Ltd in Hong Kong. Mi started a career in publishing as Managing Editor at Bonnier Lexikon AB. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Strategic HR from Cranfield University and studies at Stockholm University and Uppsala University.
