Oili Fredriksson currently serves as the Dealer & Customer Insights Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment, a position held since May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing customer experiences through feedback and insights across Sales Regions Europe and International. Prior to this role, Oili was a Content Manager for Electromobility marketing in Europe and held various positions at JOY Shop, including CX & E-commerce Content Manager from April 2021 to May 2023. Oili's experience also includes a significant tenure at Daymaker AB from April 2014 to April 2021, working as a Customer Experience Developer, Account Manager, and Project Manager. Oili owned and operated NordOrd Språkkonsult from December 2009 to December 2014, offering translation and language services. Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Agent at Tahitian Noni International. Oili holds an M.A. in Nordic Languages, Translation from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1996 and 2003.
