Nick Hoar is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment management and venture capital. Currently serving as Senior Partner at Volution since 2024, Nick focuses on building technology businesses that enhance productivity through innovative solutions in AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain. As Chief Executive Officer of Wiltshire Capital since 2022, Nick leads a private investment firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate and farmland investments across Asia, Australia, and the UK. Previous roles include Head of International Fixed Income and Head of Asia Pacific at Neuberger Berman, as well as key leadership positions at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Fidelity Investments. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Arizona State University, complemented by a strong academic foundation from Uppingham School and St Faith's School.
