Richshawnda Johnson possesses a strong background in customer service and administrative support, currently serving at Volusia Flagler Family YMCA as part of the Port Orange YMCA since December 2018. Responsibilities include greeting members, providing detailed information on memberships and programs, conducting facility tours, and processing registration documents. Concurrently, Richshawnda has been a Work Student at Bethune-Cookman University since January 2016, assisting in office management, event ushering, and stage technology services. Additional experience includes a volunteer role as a Dance Teacher Assistant at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School, where choreography and organizational skills were utilized for dance programs. Richshawnda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University, completed in 2019.
