Adrian Diaz is the COO and co-founder of ³Õö±ô³Ü°ù. He has been working as research engineer and system developer in the past and has over many years developed a deep understanding of the meat industry.

Adrian holds an MSc. in Robot Systems from the University of Southern Denmark.
