Dixie Behn currently serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure at Volunteers of America Western Washington, with a tenure beginning in July 2009. In addition to this role, Dixie has held various positions within the organization, including Director of Property Management, Administrative Services Manager, Senior Administrative Supervisor, and Agency Contracts Coordinator/ServicePoint Administrator. Responsibilities have included providing executive support to the Regional Vice President and ensuring the maintenance of master agency and program contracts files. Additionally, Dixie is the Director of the Miss Aquafest Pageant System since January 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, both obtained from the University of Washington.
