Nita Lambdin has extensive experience in property management, serving as an Assistant Housing Community Coordinator at Volunteers of America of Florida, Inc. since January 2017, while concurrently managing Meadowcrest Apartments since June 2004. Nita's career in housing management began as a Resident Manager at Oak Tree Village from May 1997 to June 2002, followed by positions at College Square Apartments and WBS Properties from June 2002 and 2004 respectively. Nita's education includes studies at the Cleveland Institute of Technology and Gaston College, both undertaken in the early 1980s.
