Jean Bower currently serves as the LightHouse Program Engagement Coordinator at Volunteers of America North Louisiana, focusing on enhancing family engagement and bridging support systems for students. Prior experience includes a role as PTO President at Humphreys Central Elementary School, where leadership contributed to a vibrant school culture for over 800 students and staff. Jean Bower also led two chapters of the International MOMS Club and provided critical support as a Key Spouse Mentor for the United States Air Force, earning the Key Spouse of the Year award in 2017. Bower's military background includes six years as a Farsi Language Analyst, culminating in an honorable discharge as a Staff Sergeant. Jean Bower holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Applications from the Community College of the Air Force.
