Molly McCarroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Molly currently serves as the Director of Community Relations for Volunteers of America Mid-States. Prior to this, Molly worked for DoorDash as a City Specialist, where they established and expanded corporate relationships and provided customer support to local restaurants and merchant partners. Before that, they were a Partnership Specialist for the U.S. Census Bureau, where they developed and maintained relationships with local governments and community groups to ensure an accurate census count. Molly also has experience as an Intelligence Analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency, where they directed research, managed a team of analysts, and edited analytic papers. Additionally, they worked as the Editorial Director for Family Security Matters, writing columns and appearing on talk radio programs to discuss national security issues.
Molly McCarroll has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Transylvania University. Molly also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in National Security Studies from the Institute of World Politics. In addition to their formal education, Molly has obtained a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which they received in September 2018.
