Shawn Spalding has extensive experience in outreach and spiritual care, currently serving as a Chaplain at Encompass Health since March 2018 and as a Homeless Outreach Coordinator at Volunteers of America Utah since July 2016. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Weber State University, which complements a commitment to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations through both spiritual guidance and community support.
