Delaney Fredericks is an experienced professional with a strong background in family services and community advocacy. Currently serving as the Manager of Family Services and Homebased Programming at Volunteers of America Colorado since January 2023, Delaney previously held the role of Bilingual Family and Community Advocate at Volunteers of America from October 2019 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Outreach Coordinator for Ag Worker Health and Services, where responsibilities encompassed outreach work and Spanish-speaking medical interpretation. Delaney's diverse skill set is enhanced by a decade of experience in the hospitality industry at Famous Dave's of America, where multiple roles were undertaken, including server, bartender, and certified employee trainer. Additionally, Delaney facilitated a Spanish immersion program at Paxson Elementary School and completed a communication outreach internship at the University of Montana.
