Tom Greenidge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community-focused roles. Currently serving as Delivery Leader at Volunteering Matters since September 2019, Tom has driven impactful initiatives through stakeholder engagement and funding negotiations. Previously, Tom was Project Manager at Brightside, where the design and delivery of online mentoring projects were key responsibilities. Tom's background also includes managing teams to promote vocational pathways as Assistant Sales Manager at Step Forward, facilitating personal growth as a Senior Mentor at The Challenge, and fostering educational projects in Malawi as Team Leader for Progressio UK. Earlier in the career, Tom produced an award-winning documentary as Camera & Edit Assistant at No Magnolia Productions along with experience as a Sales Assistant at Howard & Sons Exports. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Television & Film Production from the University of Portsmouth.
