Narcisse Francois Bakouroua served as the founder of the youth association for peace and development at VolunteerHub since 2016. Prior to that, they were employed as a psycho social counselor at CMMB from 2011.

Narcisse Francois Bakouroua is currently enrolled in Saint Mary's University of South Sudan, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies with a focus on Human Development. narcisse francois began their studies in 2019 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023.
