Michelle Douglas has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Payments and Operations at Volunteer Corporate Credit Union since July 2007. Additionally, Michelle held the role of Vice President of Member Relations and Business Development at the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member of the Tennessee ACH Association from January 1999 to January 2008 and as Director of Cash Management at Paymaxx from July 1999 to July 2007.
