Raissa Pereira currently serves as the General Manager and co-owner of the Voltz Motors showroom in Aracaju and Itabaiana, SE, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Raissa worked as the HR Coordinator at Avonale from August 2020 to January 2021 and held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst at Elfa Medicamentos from April 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included the restructuring of a Corporate University and the management of training and development programs. Raissa's prior experience also includes serving as the Coordinator of Training and Development at Indústrias BV LTDA and as a Supervisor of Organizational Development at PagFacil. Raissa Pereira holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on People Management and Organizational Leadership from Centro Universitário de João Pessoa, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
