Dhananjay Balan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Voltus, Inc. since May 2022, Dhananjay previously held the position of Software Team Lead at Port Zero, where responsibilities included technical decision-making and team management. Dhananjay’s background also includes significant contributions at Cliqz GmbH as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing data platforms, and at Plivo Inc., where core business logic for VoIP systems was enhanced. Additional experience encompasses roles at Semantics3 as an API Engineer, a GSoC Internship with the RTEMS Project, and early contributions as a Student Developer in the Google Open Source Programs Office. Dhananjay's education includes a B.Tech in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, along with self-directed learning at the Recurse Center.
