Rodger Hyle has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Rodger is currently serving as the Director of Market Development at VoltServer Inc., a position they have held since January 2023.

Prior to this, Rodger worked at TESSCO Technologies Inc. for 16 years, where they held two different roles. From November 2017 to January 2023, they served as the Senior Power Solution Architect, responsible for developing centralized digital power solutions for various applications such as Industrial IoT, Cellular DAS, and CBRS and 5G private cellular networks. Rodger also managed Ventev's Cisco Design-In program focused on integrated Industrial IoT networking solutions. Rodger also led the launch of TESSCO's OSP power system integration business and developed new products and systems for remote battery testing and site grounding monitoring.

At the beginning of their career, Rodger worked at Gould Fiber Optics as the International Sales Manager from September 2000 to June 2003. Rodger was responsible for managing sales of fiber optic components and array systems to international accounts, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industry. Additionally, they led a team in developing a proprietary chemical passivation process for building humidity-insensitive products specifically for aerospace and defense applications.

Rodger Hyle obtained a 2 Year Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center, where they studied from 1986 to 1988. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Towson University from 1988 to 1993.
