Ron Coles possesses extensive experience in quality control and welding, currently serving as the Owner of Madnick Consulting Inc since June 2005 and as the Quality Control Manager at Voltegic Energy Services Ltd since December 2021. Coles has maintained a long-term role as a Pressure Welder with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers since January 1999.
