Ethan Fleek is a seasoned lighting professional with extensive experience in the concert touring industry and event production. Currently serving as the Lighting Crew Chief at Volt Lites, Inc. since July 2022, Ethan leads lighting operations for various concerts and events. In addition to freelance work as a Lighting Technician and Crew Chief since October 2022, a background includes serving as Lighting Lead at Studio Gear, where responsibilities involved planning and overseeing lighting for events nationwide. Previous experience includes roles at Vincent Lighting Systems as a Lighting Technician and at L!VE as a Production Technician, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and management of lighting equipment. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Lighting Design and Technology from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, completed in December 2020.
