Teresa Lombardi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding, training, and operations management. At Volpara Solutions, Teresa has served as Customer Onboarding Manager since January 2019, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Previously, at MRS Systems, Inc., Teresa held multiple roles including Training Manager, Integrations Specialist, and HR Manager from June 2008 to November 2019, demonstrating versatility and leadership. Earlier in their career, Teresa managed solid waste operations for the City of Seattle from 2003 to 2007. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seattle University and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.
