Marta Wajs is a Quality Engineering Specialist at Volkswagen Poznan since March 2016, focusing on quality production assurance including the coordination of part registration processes and implementation of new process controls for production. Prior to this role, Marta served as a Trainee in the Quality Management department at Volkswagen Poznan, where responsibilities included handling customer complaints and supporting the launch of new models. Marta's earlier experience includes an Assistant position in the Analytical Laboratory at Beiersdorf, where quality analysis of raw materials and products was conducted, along with monitoring laboratory chemical waste. Marta also gained experience as a Trainee in the Research and Development Department at Truck-Lite Europe Ltd, managing technical documentation and contributing to production data input. Academic qualifications consist of a postgraduate degree in Theology from Adam Mickiewicz University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Commodity Science and Quality Management from Gdynia Maritime University.
