Marcel Barwanietz has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Product Satisfaction at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since June 2017, where Marcel has also held roles as Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President of Quality - North America and Interim Chief of Staff to the COO - North America. Previous positions at the same company include National After Sales Marketing Analyst and Product Launch Lead. Before joining Volkswagen, Marcel worked at Lincoln Memorial University from August 2015 to June 2017 as a Support Technician in Information Services and Graduate Teaching Assistant, and completed an internship in After Sales Business Development at Mercedes-Benz USA during the summer of 2016. Marcel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing, both earned from Lincoln Memorial University.
