Faustyna Karczewska is a Senior HR Specialist at Volkswagen Financial Services in Poland, with a tenure beginning in January 2012. In this role, Faustyna focuses on talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, and talent development. Prior to this position, Faustyna worked as a Research Consultant at Manpower for a brief period in 2011. Faustyna holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, attained between 2005 and 2010.
