Josail Brilhante has over 30 years of diverse experience in management and commercial leadership within the automotive and finance sectors. Currently serving as Diretor Comercial at Volkswagen Comasa since February 2004, Josail previously held roles including Gerente Geral at Renault via Norte from January 2000 to February 2004, and Diretor Proprietario at Brilhante Factoring from September 1997 to January 2000. Early career experience includes Gerente Financeiro Administrativo at Alpave Chevrolet and a managerial position at Bradesco lasting from December 1973 to February 1992. Josail holds degrees in Direito from Fundacao Euripides Soares da Rocha and Economia from Universidade de Marília.
