Marius Militaru is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Regional Collection Manager at Volksbank Romania since May 2012. In this role, Marius manages a portfolio of over 250 clients in the Pitesti region, focusing on non-performing customers by identifying issues and proposing restructuring solutions. Responsibilities include property evaluations, client visits, and collaborating with real estate agencies for property sales, as well as participating in auctions for mortgaged properties. Prior to this position, Marius held roles at GE Money Romania as a Mortgages Specialist and at Citibank Romania as a Banking Officer. Marius holds a degree in Accounting from an institution attended from 1999 to 2003 and also graduated from Nursing School as a Medical Assistant between 1996 and 1999.
