Oliver Boorman is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at VolkerRail Ltd since September 2022. Previously held positions include Senior Estimator at AmcoGiffen from July 2020 to August 2022 and Estimator/Project Engineer at Utilities Design and Planning LTD from November 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included pre-construction management, client interaction, and project tendering.
