Jonathan Laban is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in project accounting and performance management. Since May 2021, Jonathan has served as a Project Accountant at VolkerRail Ltd, leading a small team in managing and delivering projects. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent over two decades at Royal Mail in various senior positions, including Senior Performance Manager for South Yorkshire & Lincolnshire, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning, budget oversight for IT investments exceeding £200 million, and leading the finance strategy during the outsourcing of IT services. Jonathan's early career includes serving as an Internal Auditor at Post Office Ltd, where auditing activities spanned cash, stock, and accounting systems across multiple locations. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Humberside.
