Florence Schwartz has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Florence started their career at BeMyApp as an Event Project Manager & Communication Assistant. In 2014, they moved to Les Argonautes as a Digital Project Manager Assistant. In 2015, they joined Autogeld as a Junior Media Buyer. In 2018, they furthered their education by attending Le Wagon as a Student - Junior Full Stack Web Developer, and Agility Factory as a Student - Python, Django Developer. In 2019, they worked as a Backend Developer at Back Market and as a Full-stack Developer at BOLD. Currently, they are employed as a Backend Developer at volders GmbH.

Florence Schwartz has a diverse education history. In 2005, they completed their High School diploma in literature at Lycée Bartholdi. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a European diploma in International Business from Omnis. From 2011 to 2012, they completed a Preparation in graphic arts at MJM Graphic Design.
