Dustin Shidaker is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Volatility Shares since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dustin worked at Milliman as an ETF Portfolio Manager, overseeing over 80 ETF Defined Outcome option and treasury strategies using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, Bloomberg, and Tradeweb. Before Milliman, Dustin held the position of Senior Wealth Strategist and Portfolio Associate at UBS, managing assets for a diverse clientele, including public and private corporations. Additionally, Dustin has experience as a Global Client Reporting Analyst at Nuveen, focusing on delivering high-quality reports and fund fact sheets, and as an Investment Performance Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation, specializing in performance and attribution reporting. Early career roles included data analysis positions at Charles Schwab and Bank of America, as well as an internship at Nationwide Financial. Dustin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Ohio State University.
