Ximena Diaz has extensive experience in sales and client services, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Market Development for the East Coast at Volaris since January 2023. Previous roles include Client Services Manager at Airworld Inc from June to December 2022, and Sales Account Manager at Airworld from August 2018 to April 2022. Ximena began a career in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant at SITA World Tours from August 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included reservations, managing bulk fares and groups, ticketing PNRs, and conducting quality control for the branch office. Ximena holds a law degree from Universidad Central del Ecuador, completed in 1991.
