Jorge Castillo Rovirosa has experience in the fields of commercial arbitration, administrative law, corporate law, and public procurement. Jorge has worked as an Associate at Bufete Dávalos y Asociados, as a Member of the General Secretariat at Centro de Arbitraje de México, and currently holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Central and South America at Volaris. In their current role, Jorge is responsible for executing and overseeing procedures related to obtaining the Air Operator's Certificate of Volaris Costa Rica and obtaining operation permits in various countries. Jorge also reviews and drafts fleet agreements and documents for Volaris Costa Rica.
