Erin King is a seasoned professional in the field of corrections and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Volaris Group since March 2021. With extensive experience in corrections training, Erin has been an Instructor at The Carey Group since March 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating and delivering evidence-based practices training and developing curricula for correctional agencies. Prior roles include Director of Justice Programs at The Difference Principle, Assistant Regional Chief at Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and various positions within the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, encompassing reentry coordination and probation/parole supervision. Erin holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, attained from 1988 to 1993.
