Sanjay Morankar began their work experience in 2000 as a TIM engineer at Tech Mahindra. Sanjay then served as an engineer at OVTL in 2004 before transitioning to a system administrator role at SYNTEL LTD in the same year. In 2007, Sanjay joined Oracle as an Associate Consultant, where they managed SWIFT infrastructure for a major bank. Sanjay handled tasks such as upgrades, patching, HSM box management, PKI certificate management, and browse service implementation and management. In 2011, Sanjay became an Analyst - App Support at Royal Bank of Scotland, a position they held until 2012. Sanjay then worked as a Technical Team Lead at Polaris Software Lab from 2012 to 2013. Sanjay joined IBM in 2013 as a Consultant and remained in that role until August 2020. Currently, they are PAAS Lead at Volante Technologies, a position they have held since August 2020.

From 1992 to 1995, Sanjay Morankar pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General from North Maharashtra University.
