Jennifer Lester, CDAL, CDP, CADDCT, currently serves as the Executive Director of Sage Spring by Volante since March 2024, following a tenure as Senior Executive Director and Executive Director of Sage Spring at Integral Senior Living from February 2020 to March 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director for both South Austin and Stone Oak locations at Autumn Leaves Memory Care from November 2018 to February 2020, and regional business oversight as Regional Business Office Director at Franklin Park Senior Living from July 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, Jennifer held the Business Director position at Sonida Senior Living from August 2009 to July 2016 and served as Curriculum Coordinator at Country Home Learning Center from August 2006 to August 2009. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Studies from San Antonio College, completed in 2009. Jennifer offers services in general consulting, mock surveys, and expert witness testimony.
