Brian Axness has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brian started their career in 2010 as an Engineering Contractor at USDA for a brief period of one month. In the same year, they joined GE Oil & Gas as a Firmware Engineer and served there for five years.

In 2015, Brian joined Philips as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager in 2019. Brian worked at Philips until 2020, gaining substantial experience in software engineering and project management.

Moving forward, Brian joined Ventec Life Systems in 2020 as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer and contributed to the development of embedded systems for medical devices. Brian worked at Ventec until 2022.

In 2022, Brian joined Volant Partners, Inc as an Advisory Software Engineer, working on software development projects. Later, in the same year, they took on the role of Software Engineering Manager at Tethers Unlimited, Inc, where they managed a team of software engineers.

Currently, Brian is back at Volant Partners, Inc as a Senior Advisory Software Engineer, leveraging their skills and experience to provide software engineering expertise.

From 2006 to 2010, Brian Axness attended Washington State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
