Valentin Vucea is an experienced Senior Programmer/Analyst at Volanno since October 2013, specializing in web and desktop applications using HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript, jQuery, and .NET, alongside expertise in MySQL and MS SQL database design and IT team management through Agile development methods as a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Developer. Previously, as a Senior Advisor for the Romanian Ministry of Health from March 2010 to September 2013, Valentin developed applications for managing resident doctors' training and maintained a MS SQL 2005 backend database. A freelance developer from 2001 to 2013, notable projects include creating a real estate management application for Rasig Group. As the Head of the Information Technology Department at the National Center for Postgraduate Development of Medical Professionals from September 2002 to March 2010, Valentin oversaw software and asset management and developed the organization's website. Valentin holds a degree in Quality Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București and completed studies in Mathematics-Physics at Liceul "Tudor Vladimirescu" Targu Jiu.
