Talip Turkmen has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Talip started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at BIS - Business Integration Services in November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing HR solutions for banking using various technologies such as Nhibernate, Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, and Oracle. Talip also handled tasks like making TFS branch versions and merge organizations for deployment. Talip worked at BIS until October 2017.

After that, they joined Amadeus IT Group in October 2017 as a Software Development Engineer. During their tenure with the company, which lasted until September 2018, Talip played a vital role in software development projects.

Most recently, Talip joined VOISEED as a Deep Learning Engineer in July 2020. Talip is currently utilizing their skills and expertise in this field, although there is no specified end date for this role.

Talip Turkmen completed their education chronologically as follows:

- From 2008 to 2012, Talip attended Is覺klar Air Force High School, where they studied Math/Science and obtained their high school degree.

- From 2012 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

- Between 2018 and 2020, Talip attended Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

- In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Deep Reinforcement Learning Nanodegree from Udacity.
