Milan Kokir has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked at Action BV as an Assistent bedrijfsleider, Vulploegleider en Winkelmedewerker until January 2015. From 2014 until January 2021, they held the position of Senior Software Developer at Deltec B.V. In December 2019, Milan co-founded Voicy and became the CTO. Milan Kokir later joined Novulo as a Senior Solution Engineer in January 2021 and worked until July 2021.

Milan Kokir pursued their education in a chronological fashion. Milan began their academic journey in 2007 at Emmauscollege Rotterdam, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Economics in 2012. Following this, Milan enrolled at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2012 and concluded their studies in 2013, earning a Propaedeutic degree in Mediatechnologie.

In addition to their formal education, Milan also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2018, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional through Microsoft. Furthermore, in June 2021, Milan achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification, further demonstrating their expertise in the field.
