Oleksandr Yolkin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and help desk support. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Technician at VoiceSpin since July 2018, Oleksandr previously held various leadership roles at Triolan from March 2011 to June 2018, including Head of direction for Telephony and Communication Services, where responsibilities encompassed developing alert systems, enterprise CRM, and call center features, as well as server management and database maintenance. Oleksandr has a solid background in designing and implementing VOIP systems, managing server infrastructure, and providing customer support, underscored by a degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from the National Aerospace University - Kharkiv Aviation Institute.
