Terri Lash is currently a Housing Specialist at Voices for Independence. Terri has been in this position for six years. Prior to that, they were a Service Coordinator at TRCIL Services Inc. for 11 years. Terri has dedicated their life to helping others and empowering them to live their best lives. Terri is an expert in skills training and peer counseling, and uses their knowledge to help those with disabilities improve their quality of life. Terri is a passionate advocate for independence and self-determination, and they strive to help their clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Terri Lash attended Waynesburg University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, and marketing.
