Carlos E. Pava began their education in 1992 at Ferris State University where they pursued General Studies. Carlos E. then attended Grand Rapids Community College from 1993 to 1995, also studying General Studies. In 1994, they enrolled at Michigan State University and focused on Business Administration and Psychology, completing their studies in 1999. In 2011, Carlos obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare Interpreter from the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters. Additionally, in 2015, they attended Cross Cultural Communications, INC and became a Licensed Trainer for The Community Interpreter International, specializing in Language Interpretation and Translation.
