Aldo Ramírez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education sector. Aldo started their career as a Curriculum Specialist at San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, where they supported the development of staff development materials and offered consulting services in the area of Bi-Literacy. Aldo then served as Vice Principal at San Bernardino City Unified School District, where they were responsible for student discipline, staff development, and implementing common assessments. Aldo later became Principal at SBCUSD and successfully improved student achievement results at two different schools. Aldo also served as the Director of Family Engagement and the Director of Continuous Improvement at SBCUSD, where they developed a national model of Family Engagement and supported the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. Most recently, Aldo has been working as the Associate Superintendent of Educational Services at Salinas City Elementary School District, where they support the superintendent in managing overall operations and guides the central office team in developing highly effective educational programs and services. Aldo is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Voices College-Bound Language Academies, a leading educational institution focused on empowering multilingual students.
