Sofia Sharif is an IVR Engineer and Document Specialist at VoiceMetrix Corporation, with experience since December 2021 in creating and updating CallFlows as well as designing, testing, and deploying pre-recorded audio messages for various products and solutions. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as a Lifeguard at Lansdowne Resort and Spa from May to August 2019, where responsibilities included completing CPR and First Aid training and administering rescue techniques. Sofia is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds an Advanced Diploma from Broad Run High School, earned in 2020.
