Rocío Pérez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a student intern at Ecopetrol. From there, they worked as an Ingeniera de procesos de negocio at Universidad de los Andes until 2016. Rocío then joined Torre in 2016 as a People Operations Coordinator, where they focused on creating fulfilling work environments and designing HR processes and benefits for team members. In 2018, Rocío transitioned to Voice123 as the Business Operations Manager, overseeing various aspects of the company's operations.
