Shawn Gavan

Contact Center Implementation and Support Engineer at Voice Data Systems

Shawn Gavan has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Shawn began their career in 1987 as a Systems Engineer at Tele-Connect Plus. In 1999, they transitioned to SG Web Design as a Freelance Web Developer. In 2001, they joined Netech Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2016, Netech Corporation was acquired by Presidio, where Shawn continued to work as a Contact Center Engineer and Engineer - UC - Voice and Contact Center. In 2022, they began working as a Contact Center Implementation and Support Engineer at VDS.

Shawn Gavan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ferris State University between 1985 and 1993. Shawn also holds two certifications from Cisco. The first is a CCNP - Voice (Expired since 2019) obtained in 2005, and the second is a Contact Center Express obtained in October 2002.
