Niroshan Fonseka serves as the Merchandising Manager at Voguetex (PVT) LTD since January 2014, overseeing development, costing, marketing, and shipment processes, while generating $20M in annual sales and collaborating closely with company leadership and the CEO of Marketing and Merchandising. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Merchandising Manager, where responsibilities included managing product development and fulfilling customer requirements through effective coordination between sourcing, production facilities, and customers. Niroshan began the career as a Merchandiser at Smart-Shirts (Pvt) Ltd., focusing on work order creation and ensuring timely material procurement. Niroshan holds an Executive MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Industrial Studies in Textile Apparel Technology from the Open University of Sri Lanka, along with certifications in supply chain management and garment industry management.
