Roy Wisselink is an experienced professional in diabetes podotherapy with a strong focus on integrated care for diabetes patients. Since December 2015, Roy has served as the Coördinator integrale zorg en diabetespodotherapeut at Voetencentrum Wender, overseeing the quality and delivery of care, as well as managing contracts and relationships with healthcare groups and insurers. Roy has also been active as a diabetes podotherapist at both AMC - Academisch Medisch Centrum and Da Vinci Kliniek since 2017 and 2020 respectively, treating complex diabetic foot ulcers in multidisciplinary settings. Additionally, since March 2016, Roy has contributed to education as a guest lecturer at Saxion, providing training on diabetic foot management to aspiring practice supporters. Roy holds a Post-HBO degree in Diabetespodotherapie from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Podotherapie from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
