Lucky Mphelo has over 15 years of experience in IT and security operations, currently serving as a Security Operations Specialist/Systems Analyst at SARB since January 2020. Prior to this role, Lucky worked as an IT Systems Administrator at Voestalpine from April 2010 and at Atio IT - Services from February 2008 to March 2010. Lucky's career began as an IT Consultant at Pam Golding Properties from February 2007 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics and a degree in Information Technology from the University of South Africa, as well as a National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Security, and Database Management from Durban University of Technology. Lucky completed Grade 12 at Ingqayizivele High School, focusing on subjects such as Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics.
