Rosanne Hertong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rail logistics and management. Rosanne has been with voestalpine Track Solutions Netherlands B.V. since October 2017, serving as Team Lead Rail Logistics, Project Leader Rail Logistics & Rail Equipment, and Senior Coordinator Rail Transport at Voestalpine Railpro. Prior to this role, Rosanne held positions at IKEA Nederland in Quality Recovery and Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten as Assistant Store Manager. Experience also includes roles at Makro, starting as Cashier/Service Desk and progressing to Assistant Order Coordinator, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations and customer service. Rosanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Small Business & Retail Management and an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, as well as a HAVO diploma specializing in Culture and Society from OSG Montessori Hengelo.
