Paolo Massimo Guidetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial supply chain management and operations within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Supply Director at Vodafone since 2006, Paolo has held various positions including Head of Terminal Commercial, focusing on commercial supply chain initiatives and product portfolios, and Mobile Network Operations, where responsibilities included operations and financial planning. Prior experience includes roles at Retelit S.p.a. as Fixed Network Development Director and Head of Project Management, overseeing national fiber networks, as well as significant project management responsibilities at Pirelli Cables & Systems and Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi related to international oil, gas, and telecom projects. Paolo holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and completed advanced management education at IMD.
